Spec Martin Memorial Stadium will be Stetson's home field, which the city of DeLand plans to refurbish before the Hatters kick off in 2013.

The filing alleges that Floyd failed three field sobriety tests and agreed to take a certified breath test, registering a blood-alcohol content of 0.19 -- more than twice Indiana's legal limit of 0.08.
